Ailen Alvarez es una artista de Buenos Aires. Se recibió en la Escuela Superior de Enseñanza Artística Lola Mora y en la Universidad nacional de las Artes con una Diplomatura en Diseño de Encuadernación Contemporánea.
Aborda a la práctica artística como un experiencia íntima de registro sensible, creyéndola capaz de preservar y multiplicar las experiencias vitales.
Su investigación visual ahonda en el autoconocimiento, insistiendo en la fuerza de la dulzura y la potencia de lo femenino enlazadas en su condición y cotidiano, para producir sentido.
Desglosa las partes del espacio interno en búsqueda de certezas, comprendiendo al cambio constante, como pulso vital y reencuentro personal.
Ailen Alvarez is an artist from Buenos Aires. She graduated from the Lola Mora School of Artistic Education as a Visual Arts teacher and from the National University of the Arts with a Diploma in Contemporary Bookbinding Design.
She approaches artistic practice as an intimate experience of sensitive recording, believing it capable of preserving and multiplying life experiences.
Her visual research delves into self-knowledge, emphasizing the strength of gentleness and the power of the feminine, intertwined in her everyday life and circumstances, to create meaning.
She dissects the parts of her inner space in search of certainty, understanding constant change as a vital pulse and a personal rediscovery.
